Product Marketing Executive
Areas of Responsibility
■ Execute digital campaigns where you will strategically optimise and merchandise focused product ranges to ensure maximum impact in the marke
■ Enrich product information across the businesses data channels to a consistently high standard
■ Plan and deliver new product launch campaigns in line with the marketing roadmap
■ Prepare data import spreadsheets to add or amend product information on the website
■ Liaise with suppliers to request any product information and/or marketing assets required
■ Occasionally design and send marketing emails to support the promotion of the digital campaigns
■ Support the marketing department on any other activities that may be required
Key Skills and Experience Preferred
■ Previous experience in an office based marketing role (preferred)
■ Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Excel, experience in data formatting/processing
■ Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
■ Ability to multi-task and prioritise work accordingly
■ Good level of written English
■ Results driven individual who takes pride in their work and values success

IT Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship 20%
■ Complete learning assignments and projects as part of your apprenticeship program on time and to a high quality.
■ Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge as part of your apprenticeship program.
■ Work with senior team members in the department to gain hands-on experience and insights into various IT processes and technologies facilitating your apprenticeship success.
Support Desk Management 40%
■ Utilise the IT support system to log, track, and resolve IT tickets and user requests promptly and effectively.
■ Provide first-line support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
■ Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
■ Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
Proactive Problem Solving 40%
■ Take initiative in identifying and addressing potential IT issues before they escalate, contributing to proactive problem-solving efforts
■ Analyse recurring problems and trends to propose and implement solutions for long-term improvement.
■ Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies to enhance IT efficiency and effectiveness.
